Our services. We provide online colour consultations and downloadable interior guides, as described on our website. Prices are in pounds sterling and include any taxes that apply.
How a consultation works.
- You pay through our secure checkout.
- We email you a questionnaire. Please return it with clear daylight photos of each room.
- Your colour guide is delivered by email within 3–5 working days of receiving your completed questionnaire. Whole Home Plan timings are agreed with you individually.
Your part. Our recommendations depend on the photos and information you send. Colours look different on screens and in different light, so always test sample pots in your own rooms before buying paint in quantity.
Our advice. Our recommendations are suggestions based on professional experience. We are not responsible for paint purchases, decorating work, or contractors you engage, or for differences between paint colours as shown on screen and on your walls.
Refunds. See our Refund Policy.
Intellectual property. Your colour guide is for your own personal use in your home. Our guides and website content may not be copied, resold or shared publicly without permission.
Liability. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the price you paid for the service.
Law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
